| Career – In charge of governance at ANSSI (Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information) – Graduate of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and Doctor of Computer Science from Sorbonne University (2023) – Research carried out in collaboration with INRIA Paris – Studies in contemporary history and political science, first at ENS Paris-Saclay, then at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne – Interdisciplinary approach aimed at placing techno-strategic issues, particularly those at the interface with digital and cyber technologies, in their socio-political and conflictual contexts; and, conversely, studying the evolution of the strategic framework under the influence of technical developments, uses and representations. – Committed to nurturing the link between academic research and public administration.
