– Graduate of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and Doctor of Computer Science from Sorbonne University (2023)
– Research carried out in collaboration with INRIA Paris
– Studies in contemporary history and political science, first at ENS Paris-Saclay, then at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne
– Interdisciplinary approach aimed at placing techno-strategic issues, particularly those at the interface with digital and cyber technologies, in their socio-political and conflictual contexts; and, conversely, studying the evolution of the strategic framework under the influence of technical developments, uses and representations.
– Committed to nurturing the link between academic research and public administration. His involvement in the “Initiative Docteurs et Administrations” illustrates his conviction that training through research and scientific production can feed public action.
