Presentation
The aim of this in-depth course on cyber conflictuality is to enable students to acquire more specific notions about the cyber strategies implemented by the main States active in this field, as well as the major issues raised by the principle of ‘digital sovereignty’ put forward by various countries since the end of the 2010s. It will focus on the cases of the United States, China, Russia and the European Union. At the end of the semester, students will be able to understand the cyber and ‘digital sovereignty’ strategies implemented by these different states in the context of the evolution of international conflicts and new international regulations that will have been studied in the introductory course.
