Sharing: This course is shared with the Paris-Dauphine Master’s in Peace Studies.

The aim of this seminar is to enable students to discover or deepen their understanding of the cyber domain, while exploring the new and persistent dynamics of cyber conflictuality, and addressing the efforts made at international level to regulate this conflictuality. By the end of the semester, students will be able to understand the geopolitical dynamics of the cyber field, analyse changes in cyber conflict and the international regulatory mechanisms at work.
